Take a mindful moment with me – A Three Minute Pause
Lately, we’ve been exploring attention and overwhelm—and some of the small things we can do when our brain feels pulled in too many directions.
This week, I want to do something a little different.
Instead of giving you something else to read, I’d like to invite you to take a few minutes and practice with me.
I recorded a short Mindful Moment you can use when you’ve been sitting too long, moving from one thing to another, or simply need a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself.
No special setup. No need to clear your mind.
Notice how you feel before you begin.
Then notice again when you’re finished.
You don’t need to feel completely different. Just pay attention to whether *anything* shifted – even a little.
Sometimes that small shift is enough to change what we do next.
