What Is Neuro-Coaching?
The core of Neuro-Coaching is based on a new brain-based learning protocol developed at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, the University of Pennsylvania and Jefferson University in Philadelphia. NeuroCoaching combines science-based benefits of mindfulness, compassionate communication, cognitive behavior therapy and positive psychology.
Clients are taught strategies that have been proven to interrupt negativity and to enhance the creative problem-solving processes of the brain. This allows you to rapidly build confidence and self-esteem, decrease stress levels and promote a sense of satisfaction and well-being.
With NeuroCoaching we get to the root of the problem faster than with traditional coaching. Most clients need no more than 1-4 sessions and will feel significant benefit in the very first session. Using a unique mindfulness-based communication strategy, I guide you through a series of brain-based techniques that uncover and transform the underlying issues of the problem(s) you struggle with.
