Are Negative Thoughts Haunting You? Don’t try to squash them.
…plus an announcement.

Ever wish you could quickly dissipate your negative thoughts that can make you feel anxious?

Well… I tried. See the video I made for you CLICK HERE ir on the image below!

🪰✨ But here’s the thing: negative and anxious thoughts aren’t something we can squash with force. In fact, trying to fight them often makes them louder.

Instead, try this neuroscience-based tip to soothe your brain—and shift out of anxiety, self-doubt, or mental loops with more ease.

🧠 Interrupt Negative Thoughts With Soothing Touch & Yawning.

Start with 2–3 deep, deliberate yawns and slow stretches, even if you fake them at first.

Now, wrap yourself in a hug. Cross your arms and gently squeeze. Hold for 30–40 seconds.

Then, place one hand over your heart. Feel the warmth and gentle pressure. Notice your chest rising and falling.

Let yourself linger here. This loving presence activates the parasympathetic nervous system—releasing calming neurotransmitters. Think: a biochemical cuddle for your brain.

🧚🏼‍♂️Bonus soothing tools:

Stroke your arms gently

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly

Cradle your face in your hands

Cuddle your pet or favorite stuffed animal 🐶🧸

❤️ Savor the sense of letting go.

Turn up the volume on soothing—and your brain will naturally dial down the fear, the loop, and the urgency.

When your body feels safe, your brain stops searching for danger 🙂

To your calm presence,

Fanny 😍
