There are a few skills that you can learn and develop with a little bit of training using evidence-based neuro-strategies and techniques that will help you experience present-moment awareness, noticing all your sensations, thoughts, and emotions.
From that space, you start crafting a response while being grounded and responding to any challenges or difficult situations while remaining centered.
With some repetitions, it can become second nature- your default response over time.
That is inner resilience.
