What Is Neuro-Coaching?

The core of Neuro-Coaching is based on a new brain-based learning protocol developed at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, the University of Pennsylvania and Jefferson University in Philadelphia. NeuroCoaching combines science-based benefits of mindfulness, compassionate communication, cognitive behavior therapy and positive psychology.

 

Clients are taught strategies that have been proven to interrupt negativity and to enhance the creative problem-solving processes of the brain. This allows you to rapidly build confidence and self-esteem, decrease stress levels and promote a sense of satisfaction and well-being.

With NeuroCoaching we get to the root of the problem faster than with traditional coaching. Most clients need no more than 1-4 sessions and will feel significant benefit in the very first session. Using a unique mindfulness-based communication strategy, I guide you through a series of brain-based techniques that uncover and transform the underlying issues of the problem(s) you struggle with.

How It Works

After receiving your request, I’ll contact you to schedule our session.

I’ll also send you an intake form, that I kindly ask you to fill in prior to our first session. It will help me to prepare so you can get the most out of our work.

A NeuroCoaching session is typically 1-1.5 hour long. The sessions are done over Skype in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Sessions are kept confidential.
