My Purpose

My purpose is to bring kindness, hope and healing to make the world a better place to live in. It has become my mission to help others retrain their brains through mindfulness. I would like to teach you to apply these powerful brain-based strategies that promote not only mental and emotional resilience to help ease anxiety and suffering but also to enhance your focus, creativity and productivity.

Offering evidence-based strategies and making them available to everyone gives meaning to my life.

About Me

Fanny Elizaga holds an Occupational Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia and she is also a certified NeuroCoach. In addition, she recently obtained her certification as an instructor in the art of Qi-Gong.

For the past 23 years she has dedicated herself to empower children and adults by teaching them to develop new skills and enhance their quality of life. As an occupational therapist, she has been working with strategies to motivate and inspire students and adults to excel within their academics and personal lives, educating teachers and parents as well.

Fanny has had a life-long interest in learning and applying alternative, holistic methods of healing. She is passionate about incorporating mindfulness-based strategies into her personal life and professional practice. She speaks Spanish, English and Hebrew.
